  • Really disappointed in this Big O Tires. I use to go out to The Boulder City location but they are no longer in business and every time I've been there it costed me roughly 50 bucks for an oil change and tire rotation. Today my total was 78$ after a 20$ off coupon for the exact same thing I always do an oil change and tire rotation. I initially made an appointment on line for 9 am hoping it would help the waiting around process as I have 2 little kids under 3. I was there by 850 and asked the gentleman how long it would take and he said roughly 45 minutes so I took the kids for some donuts and came back. By the time I came back it was 10:15 and I saw my vehicle sitting out front so I went to the front thinking it was done only to be told that they only have one tech working and my vehicle hadn't even gone back yet. After 2 and a half hours and very restless children I was told my vehicle was done. I suppose I just expected an apology because it took an hour and forty five minutes more than he said it would but instead I didn't even receive a simple I'm sorry it took longer than expected. I will not go back again. I think 78 bucks and 2 and a half hours is pretty ridiculous for an oil change and tire rotation..
