  • Walked into the store and stand right in front of the cashier, yet she did not say hi nor try to start my order. I had to be the one to initiate the conversation. Been there before and the service was better, did not feel welcomed by the cashier. Food is on the pricier side but I don't mind if the service can be better. Strong matcha flavour for sundae but could be creamier. Not meeting my expectation.
