  • This will my last visit at this dealership. The new advisor (who shall remain anonymous) is very unpleasant, rude, unprofessional and was creating a scene when I didn't want him to upsell me anything. He was upset and blew up. Talk about being overly dramatic! It also took nearly 2 hours + 3 coffees to get my tires swapped today.
