| - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALLL COST!
My battery was completely dead, to the point where the gauges were going whacky and then my car turned off on me, so I managed to pull into a business and call for roadside assistance. Unfortunately, my insurance company called out this AWFUL company to come and have my vehicle towed to a dealership. I new my battery was completely dead. When the man arrived, he attempted to power up my battery even after I told him it was completely dead... He attempted to jump my car with a battery pack and cables for almost a half hour. While doing this, I could see sparks flying from my battery every which way he was moving things around... Next thing I know, he is in the vehicle violently shoving a screw driver down the tow override hole and jamming it and wiggling it around in the hole (lol but seriously). At this point, my anxiety is sky rocketing since I now feel he has probably broken something in the tow override hole. He was unable to get my vehicle into N, so he attaches the tow cables on to my vehicle and draaaaaggs my vehicle onto the tow truck with the back tires completely skidding the entire way!! I could not believe what I was witnessing- so of course I videoed it in case this man damaged my transmission, axles, or something else... Seriously dude?!?! He totally should have called someone else to take over and put my vehicle in N. I would rather have waited an extra hour waiting on a knowledgeable person to arrive and load my vehicle the proper way. This made for a totally awkward tow ride to the dealership. The dude even took personal phone calls about his weekend plans haha. When we arrived at the dealership, I got down off the tow truck and wanted to see how he was going to do this. Sure as shit, he attempts to unload my vehicle by dragging it off the tow truck. Well the vehicle was obviously still stuck in P, so the vehicle would not unload... So he decided to use the UNLOAD control handle and STOP, UNLOAD, STOP, UNLOAD, alternatively and abruptly to jiggly my vehicle off the tow truck, to the point that the whole tow truck was shaking crazily. I couldn't believe my eyes! As all this is going on, you could hear the screeching of tires and who knows what else! When this idiot was finally done dumping my vehicle off the tow truck he walked over to where I was and said he was done and tried to hurry away. I asked him for a card and he said he doesn't have any. I asked for his name and he said "David" and began to walk away. I said "David what?" He said that he is not going to give me his last name. I said "give me your last name" and he said no. I looked at his shirt and it said "JJ". (Lmao!). I could not believe this! So he walked away, got in the tow truck and scurried the hell out of there... So then I called the company QUIK PIK TOWING, and wanted to make a complaint. They said no one was in to take my complaint and told me to call back tomorrow morning. I asked for a supervisor and she said she was the supervisor haha. Her name was Candice, btw, and would not give me her last name either. I asked for the tow truck drivers full name and they refused to give it to me. I asked for a direct line to a supervisor so I could call tomorrow and she said there is no direct line to a supervisor lol. I asked her for the address to the business and she was like "huh?". Lmao, this woman has been hearing me just fine this entire time and then "huh?" when I asked for their address lol. She finally gave it to me and quickly hung up. I finally decided to just complain through my insurance. So anyway, awful awful customer service! I highly encourage you to avoid using them. I have attached photos and video of this awful service and the tow truck driver "David" as he quickly took off when he refused to give me his name, while his shirt said "JJ" lol. Oh, and the address is in Deer Valley somewhere.
