  • I'm not sure what these recent reviewers expected from a complex that's still being built. It was assumed that when you were signing a lease at property that is being constructed, there would be a little bit of noticeable construction to be done while living here. With that, Tamara and her staff have accommodated everything to the best of their ability and it's refreshing to have a front office that truly cares about their residents. It's hardly even noticeable to the extent that has been mentioned. I moved here in June and found one scorpion that same month, mind you, I was in a building surrounded by unfinished units. The very next morning they sent over pest control and had them spray around my perimeter on a much regular basis, which made me feel very comfortable(I haven't seen them since). As someone who works full time and utilizes weekends for studying, the community is very quiet, and that's something I appreciate. On a bi-weekly basis they have special events for residents including dinners, movies, weekly food trucks, and fun events for families The amenities are astonishing as well-- the gym is impeccable, the pool is maintained regularly and very comforting, and the community is always kept spotless. Not to mention if there's ever a maintenance issue, it's usually taken care of on the same day. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
