  • I really wanted to write my review yesterday immediately following my service, however I just now found the time to do so. I found this company on here when searching for maid/cleaning service. Our lease was up and after getting everything out of the house, we realized just how dirty the house was and not knowing where to start, I knew I needed help. When I called to inquire about service, I told the gentleman the size of the house as well as how dirty it was. I stressed multiple times how dirty it was. He told me that they would send 2 people out and it would take 2.5 hours and cost $150. When the morning came, the two ladies showed up towards the end of the hour and a half time frame that they gave me, but still technically on time. They got started right away and as I was leaving, they one lady came out and told me it would probably take longer than expected... Two and a half hours later I came back to see how far they had gotten. They were done with the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but had not finished the living room or touched the kitchen. They tried to tell me it would take 3 more hours. I denied their additional time at $70 an hour and they left. Upon further inspection of the rooms that were done, they were not. The walls were still untouched and we had to go back through the entire house and clean again. So what did I pay this company for? Wasting my time and money? Trying to scam me into another $210? Save your time and money and give your business to someone else.
