I ordered the silver package and asked that my seats and floor mats be moved for vacuuming. The outside looked great but my seats weren't wiped down and the cup holders barely touched and found were my dogs bone and some coins lay left in my seat. I am a perfectionist and am used to a very wiped down interior(in L.A. it's pristine) so I figured I'd go to a do-it-yourself car wash and wipe down the interior myself. I proceeded to move my passenger seat and noticed the seat wouldn't adjust b/c my colorful lacrosse ball was in the way so I freed it and my seat was still not retracting. The cleaner wouldn't have known my ball was there; however, he found my dogs bone and coins from underneath a seat so I assumed he would have spotted the colorful ball. Anyhow, I ended up calling Ecowash and was instructed to come in to speak with manager, Curtis.
I returned sharing my broken seat and uncleaned interior and Curtis said that wiping of the seats was not apart of my package(that solves the interior issue), and proceeded to explain that seats are not moved for issues I am claiming, but that he'd take a look at my seat for me. Because it was already about an hour after they had closed he said to come back and he'd be able to take a better look under the sunlight. I returned the next day and he happily looked and fixed my seat saving me more time and money a luxury car dealership would have charged me! He then offered to wax my car after running it through the car wash free of charge but due to my limited time I declined. I WILL return for a future thorough detailing and have my car buffed out and I highly recommend Curtis! He is very polite not only to customers but respects and has patience for his peers!
