  • I had them clean my carpets and a couple tile areas. It was a joke. Took forever, one guy, I had to show him large stained he was missing. Song and dance about them but after showing him How to get them up he did it but the rest of the house just sucked. The tile he cleaned heck it was just as dirty as when he started. He spent more time on the phone talking with somebody who was having truck problems. $300 wasted. Yes wasted. I could have done better with a rug Doctor. Then the guy copied my credit card info. Zip code and back number. After he got an authorization number for the charge. Amazing how the price when from $99 to $300. Truly okay paying $300 bucks but I want my floors cleaned. Furniture moved. This kid went around a coffee table seriously around it. What a joke. I'm thinking of calling my card company and file no a complaint and filing with the BBB. Not going no to let this rest. I will file small claims if needed.
