  • I called Ryan last Thursday. I asked him if he was taking new clients and told him where my house was located, he said yes. I told him I needed complete pool care for a vacant rental property. He said he would come by Monday to start the first service. On Monday at 10:56am he sent a text that he was on his way to the property to start service. After not hearing from him, I sent a text on Wedesday asking how it went. I received no response. I called him on Thursday to ask again the outcome of the first visit. He answered, then proceeded to tell me that he "didn't have any customers in my area and decided he did not want to service my pool" My pool has now gone green and the search continues. What is it with pool guys? Are there any in the valley with a sense pride in there work?
