  • Simply the worst customer service in the world. I'd rather try smuggling bibles and internet into North Korea than deal with this customer service ever again. 3 months ago I talked to customer service about changing service to a new car. We had double paid a full year subscription for both of our vehicles so with the added 3 months from the new car we were current for two vehicles with the service expiring October 2017. Or so we were told. One month later we got a bill from Sirius XM saying we owed for the new vehicle or service would be disrupted. So I called and talk to the customer service and after 45 minutes on the phone with some of the most dense people I believe on the planet they found the mistake and said that our accounts are now active until October 2017. Two weeks later my radio on the new car was shut off and when I called they said we had no service for that vehicle so I decided to cancel my service with them because of the ineptitude of which they said I owe $28 for the two weeks that I had used it without pre-paid. Even though two weeks before they said I had a credit on that account but expired and Tobar 2017. When I canceled my subscription I wanted to make sure that my wife's account stay the same with her Internet access and her phone app access as well as her car radio. To no surprise she did not have her app access nor her Internet access. I had to call customer service again and after talking to the first guy for 30 minutes I was hung up on so I call back and talk to the second lady who said she would put it on accounts and turn her address back onand she would send me an email verifying which never came. To no surprise the Internet access in the app access was still not functioning so I called back and after another 35 minutes of explaining the situation someone was finally smart enough to realize what had happened and turn on the access to Internet in the app. So to for fill yelps request in explaining why I would rather smuggle Bibles and Internet access into North Korea that is the son of what happened thank you and thank you Yelp for reposting my review
