I agree with the previous reviewer who felt cheated and lied to.
My first visit was in Jan 2015, the front desk lady said they accepted my insurance. After my visit, I never received a bill from them so I thought great, this is a place I could go to again. So when it came June 2015, FIVE months after my initial visit and no bills received, I went back a second time. Within 2 months, I receive 2 bills including one from January, both of which are covered at 20% by my insurance as out-of-network.
I don't know about you but I'm from the good old era when a call to the doctor's office they'll tell you very clearly whether you're out of network or within network instead of this elusive crap of "we accept your insurance" that turns out to mean "you're paying 80% out of pocket". And why were my bills not processed in HALF a year?! Had I known sooner I would not have gone back a second time to incur more charges!
I called them numerous times, only to leave voicemails which they never called back. I finally was able to speak to a couple of humans today. They were nice on the phone but refused to do anything about the charges incurred "because services were already rendered"...well that's funny, is it even possible for services not to have been rendered???
