  • Just moved in and our A.C. went out. Our home warranty company referred us to Degree and said someone would contact us within 48 hrs. 48 hrs have come and gone with no response from Degree, although we have called several times leaving many voicemails. It's a 100 degrees plus with small children in our home, so we were hoping for a better response. We are calling our home warranty company back to get a referral to another company. Very disappointed as I see this company has good reviews.
