It's a shame because this could be a really cool place. Unfortunately, the subpar service and apathetic staff really ruin it for us. The food is slightly above average, and I could live with that because the atmosphere is pretty cool. There is the dining room which is basically a cabin or lodge feel with a fireplace. The more casual side is also a lodge but has more of a tavern feel to it. There's also a huge party room which I imagine would be nice. But my imagination just can't get me past the staff and service. It's not cheap to be a member of this club. And the staff treats us with such disinterest it boggles my mind. After brunch, I commented that the fruit was soggy. The server acknowledged that with a humph and walked away. No apology, no "I'll let the kitchen know", nothing!
If you do go here, try the smoked trout chowder. But don't expect to have it served to you with a smile...
