My wife and I have stayed at Paris several times before and this was a new (opened October 18, 2014) restaurant. We knew going in that it is a bit pricy $$$ but that's why you read reviews. Our wait staff was great (Chris D). He was very knowledgable about the food and how it was made. Plenty of fresh bread to start and a nice wine list. We ordered the Chicken siciliano (6 tenderloins) and penne ala vodka. They serve it family style and split it for us. WOW!! If I could have sucked the sauce up with a straw I would have. Worth the price for the quality of the food. The music was not to loud but there was no DJ on so maybe that was when Slipknot fans come as mentioned in another review. They also have unlimited tap water not in plastic bottles. Some of the negative reviews may have been when they first opened but it is running great when we visited.
