  • Every time we take our puppy in, the staff are nothing but nice. They gave us tons of helpful paperwork on food and health information for puppies. The vets are very nice and honest with us about everything. They've given us very helpful food suggestions, also. We recently went in for an injury and they took us back right away. The vet explained how severe the injury was and what they could do. Said it would be a couple hours, because our pup would need some time to come out of the sedative. They called us as soon as they thought she'd be waking up soon to go home and then throughly explained the next steps with medication.
