  • I just want to start this review by saying.. I am only reviewing from my experience and I don't want to identify who I had the appointment with because I'm sure she's an amazing hair stylist and it was just not my day that day. I had an appointment for 10am on a Thursday which was confirmed the day before. I took off work that day specifically to get my hair done because I was going to Seattle Friday morning. I was there waiting for 45 minutes and she still was not there. The lady in the front did do her best to try to get a hold of her but she just had no luck. She suggested I just reschedule and will have her call/text me when she gets ahold of her. I left upset but tried to keep my cool because I'm really not one of those crazy customers. Then she had texted me apologizing that she had over slept and her phone had died so her alarm didn't go off. Ok, things like that happen so I understand. I asked if she can at least fit me in any time that day no matter what time because I did take off work and I was going out of town. It was important that I get my hair done that day. She couldn't fit me in. I think what really upset me the most is that if someone had made a mistake they should at least try to accommodate that person. I should have been fit in even if I was the very last one that night, I would have even went if it was 9pm at night. I actually would not have been so upset if I wasnt on a tight schedule with going out of town the following morning. I had raved about this girl for weeks extremely excited to see her because of all the good work I saw and I was just very disappointed.
