  • I did get $50.00 credit on my credit card. I bought my a/c unit from them in '14. It was $6k + with warranty, for my small condo. So, now they've made up to me for technician leaving outdoor compressor unplugged. She came to do routine maintenance, and i sweated in heat all night. Jose didn't show up till end of following day. It wasn't even treated like an emergency. I did get small refund off yearly maintenance fee, gift card, and movie tickets.
