  • As of today my husband have been waiting over a month for the heart monitor to be delivered. He has called twice and was told they will check in to why the machine was not delivered. No calls were returned back regarding the status of the machine. But he did get a call for an appointment to check the machine. Per my husband he asks the person who called "how can you check the machine if I never received it". The person on the phone stated to my husband that they would check and see why it have not been delivered yet. So today my husband and I decided to go to the office to pull his records so he could get with a doctor that would do their job.
