Smelled great, but was incredibly disappointed when we got our $30 slab of ribs home. So not worth the cost. There was little meat on it. The ribs were terribly rubbery and dry, tasted like they were microwaved for the 5th night in a row. I think they tried to hide the awful quality of rib with the extra gallon of bbq sauce slathered all over it. The sides were puny and lacked little to be desired. Thankfully the coleslaw was coated with ground pepper to give it some resemblance of taste. The best thing about the meal was the rolls it was served with..... but I would be truly shocked if they were home made. They were pretty identical to Kings Hawaiian Rolls. Save yourself the $30. I did not try anything else there, don't ever plan on it. My advice is skip the ribs.
