  • Nick was nice, but had a glass rattle after they replaced my windshield. They said they would fix it. The first time they stuffed cardboard between the dash and glass and said it was fixed. Still rattled. Nick then insisted it couldn't be the glass rattling. They made another appointment to fix it but never showed. I finally paid out of pocket to have the windshield replaced by another glass company. Rattle disappeared immediately. Prolite never tried to rectify their bad install.
