  • I have never written a review publically about any company until I encountered this disaster and now I am forced to share my bad experience. This experience with Seatcovers Unlimited has been a disaster. I ordered custom seat covers for the back seat of my BRAND NEW 360 GLE 2016 Mercedes and when they arrived there was no way to figure out how to install them. They did not fit my seats at all, and were apparently made for another model of car. I called Seatcovers and they said to follow the installlation directions included. Between my husband and I we couldn't figure it out. Luckily I am in the design business and took them to my upholster for help in installing. When they told me there was no way these covers would fit my automobile I sent them back to Seatcovers Unlimited. They refused them and sent them back to me. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and at the last minute Seatcovers Unlimited responded that I had not requested a cancellation and that there is a no return policy. I did not request a cancellation because I assumed my CUSTOM MADE seat covers would FIT MY CAR! I have sent photos of the covers installed to the company and asked for their help but they claim they cannot speak with me due to the dispute I filled. This has been going on since January, and I am fed up. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IF YOU GET AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT FIT YOUR CAR YOU ARE STUCK WTH IT.
