On 05/30/18 at approximately 6pm, I went to COX to pay my monthly $92.00 bill that I've been paying for over a year. I told the lady is there any ways to have my bill cheaper? Maybe the online deal? She said "that's only for new customers." So is it possible to maybe like cancel and sign up because I think $92.00 is ridiculous. She laughed and her co worker that was next to her; bald, skinny, tattooed up sleeve, white male laughed with her at me. Seriously? You guys know that $92.00 is expensive and won't even help. Customer service here is so disrespectful!
