  • Very poor service. Home warranty company called them out because the microwave was working, but smoking with a burning smell. The tech appeared wide eyed, lost and clueless, the kind of look you get when you step into something you know nothing about. Tech tells me the microwave needs to have a "magnetron" replaced but the microwave would have to come off the wall to do it. He says "problem is, the cabinets are built to tight around the microwave. I can't get it down. I'm going to need a helper which requires approval from the home warranty company." Well ok, sure. I mean I guess, right. I asked if I could get a copy of the invoice and he says there is no invoice until the job is complete. Next thing I hear 1 week later from the warranty company is that the control panel is fried due to a grease build up and a roach infestation.....wtf? The control panel is working, the microwave is clean and working. Oh, and of course, WE HAVE NO DAMN BUGS! Obviously a second opinion was sent out, confirming my suspension that the tech from this company was either clueless, or trying to avoid the work entirely. No wonder they have such a low rating. I had no choice but to use them, they are a company contracted through the home warranty.
