  • I have boring teeth...no cavities, no gum disease, no issues what so ever. So for the last 30+ years my dentist appointments have been pretty straight forward - cleanings twice a year and being told to floss more. Today was the worst dental experience of my life. The dental hygienist was careless and sloppy. The dentist was awful, too - very unprofessional. The dental hygienist did not do a thorough job at all with the cleaning AND she cut my lip open with the instrument. I was bleeding and I barely got an apology. The icing on the cake was the dentist coming in and telling me to just use chap stick over the cut...and you're a doctor??? I was not treated or disinfected at all and was treated horribly. There are so many other nice dental offices around this one should not even be in business. I'm still shocked...my lip has quite the injury. Unbelievable...
