  • People beware of this Airline,. I wished I had read all your reviews prior to buying tickets with this airline. First they market a low fair but everything else is a la carte which I knew and accepted. My disappointment came when we needed to cancel our trip for a very good reason their cancellation policy is out of this world and they don't reimburse you the remainder to your credit card they issue a voucher. I don't know how they are still in business and for sure I will not book any other reservations with them. Use other airlines to get to your destinations this carrier doesn't care about you, I felt as if I was a piece of cargo that they can throw away and really don't care at all. I hope that this message helps other customers select a better way to travel
