  • Unfamiliar with the area, my wife and I had about a week in Phoenix to find a house before we went back to Texas to pack up - after a few frustrating days with another Realtor, we stumbled upon Nate at an open house in the Norterra area of north Phoenix. We'd been to A LOT of open houses and hadn't been impressed with any of them - or the Realtors we'd met in them, until we met Nate. He's easily the most energetic, passionate, and motivated Realtor I've ever met. My wife's a picky one who had LOTS of requirements that she wholeheartedly refused to compromise on. It drove me nuts, but it didn't sway him a bit - he knew the area and the real estate in it like the back of his hand and found us a house that we both absolutely love. Writing this review got me wondering, so I looked it up and am amazed, but not surprised - he's actually sold more homes in one year than dozens of other Realtors combined (25 of them). Still, he ALWAYS made us feel as if we were his only clients and never rushed or pressured us. It's a no-brainer - if a knowledgeable, energetic, and patient Realtor who WILL produce exactly what you ask of him is what you're looking for, then this guy is it. THANKS Nate!
