I had a really good customer experience here today. Came here for a business lunch and we got to enjoy it in the private wine room. I told the waitress that I have a shellfish allergy and she told me that "they take allergies very serious" and that a manager would come out to speak with me. A few minutes later the manager came out and asked me about my shellfish allergy and then educated me on how they will prepare my dish to minimize the contact to shellfish and asked me if that was ok. It was more then ok, I have never had a restaurant go through this to make sure that I was ok with how they are going to prepare my food. Definitely a great customer experience and our waitress was fantastic! The food was great too!
