  • Friends bring a map... I would like to know why I never see anyone on the floor that can offer assistance to the lost souls that roam freely? The other day I saw several caring a bolt of material to the cash register counter asking for help. I heard ringing bells coming from the framing department and I heard people squalking to stranges near the crafts do they know where this and this is? I see the help stocking shelves not wanting to look up to see us standing there asking for assistance. Clearly we go to Hobby Lobby because we love their what they sell. I only hope I can find it the next time I venture in. PS a new bigger Michaels is coming and JoAnn is down the street so many options or course I haven't found the customer service to be any better in these stores.
