  • I bought my Power Wagon at Tobin Dodge, but live nearer to Desert 215, so took it for service to them. I found the employees to be dismissive, and not very friendly. There was only one employee at the service desk when I arrived, who was carrying on a personal phone conversation and did not acknowledge me, I was told when I made my appointment that they would match the price for my oil change, only to be hassled about doing so after I arrived. I contacted the service manager who was also less than helpful. While waiting for my car for service, I was looking on the sales floor at a possible trade in, and not one sales person approached me. Eventually, I contacted and left a message for the General Manager on his voice mail and never received a return call. His not taking the time to return my call about my concerns speaks volumes about this dealership, THEY REALLY DON'T care! With as many Dodge/RAM dealerships that we have in the Valley, you think they would try to win over and keep customers. I recommend using caution before using this dealership.
