Poor customer service from store all the way to corporate. They were "kind" enough to send tech after tech out to look at the obvious defect on our couch just to tell us nothing is wrong. Now all the way to corporate we have been told to "sit on it and deal with it" by a Deborah from corporate offices. The furniture isn't even out of the packaging and now being told this after two weeks and will not accept the return. Will be letting my neighborhood about this awful experience we have had.
