I have been to Nakama, many many times. I usually just get sushi or maki. You cant complain about this aspect of Nakama. They always have good, fresh, tasty rolls.
It isn't the cheapest, but how cheap to you want sushi grade fish? They are good size portions too, so its not like your paying all for the presentation.
They move a lot of fish here, so it's unlikely you will get subpar seafood.
The Dragon roll is awesome and I usually get the Caterpillar as well. both nice sized rolls.
They do have hibachi in the back but I've never tried that.
