  • This place has changed my life in many ways. Maybe that sounds like a drastic statement, but coming from a person who has suffered from misdiagnosed conditions, body pain (fibromyalgia), thyroid issues, Lyme disease and extreme neck tightness and headaches, it's simply the truth. I went for the flotation with the Groupon a few years back and thought the experience good, but then I tried it again about a year later and this time had the pleasure of meeting Cecil. He is a magician with his hands and has truly been concerned with my issues from day one, fixing them when no one else could and teaching me how to help myself on my own time. I always get the 90 minute therapeutic massage. With 2 kids under 2 at home these appointments are my versions of vacations. Cecil makes me forget about my issues for those 90 minutes, always friendly, and I always leave feeling wonderful for days, despite my many chronic pains. After going to Zen Massage from years because of the prices, and trying dozens of Charlotte area places, I will never go anywhere else, ever, and being a loyal customer I am always treated like one and given great deals. Also the atmosphere is very high quality spa. Very relaxing and you will feel oh so pampered! A MUST!
