  • I love this place and Kim! My first experience with artful tailoring was in high school when I needed to have my prom dress fitted correctly. My prom dress turned out gorgeous and I loved it. Now I'm getting married and have brought 2 wedding gowns in- Yes, two. I initially had a gown made for myself. Long story short Kim altered that dress many times to try to fix the errors made by the dress make until I finally gave up and I bought dress two. (She worked so had on this mess of a dress) Dress two I brought in and it needed to be let out and have a few things changed that I disliked. Kim gave her opinion and offered ideas I would have never thought of! She really made the experience personal and simple. She made some personal changes and two days later I tried on my gown and it was perfect. She was able to just look at me and get my sizing correct and open seems and tighten as needed. She truly is AMAZING at her job. Not only is Kim great but I've always had remarkable customer service here. I will never go elsewhere!
