  • This company took over the HOA management in the community where I own a house a little over a year ago. I had to get in touch with them a few times with questions, and they have always been very nice and helpful with information. They also have always been good with communication (available via phone, etc). Our last management company was very shady, and things were very mismanaged, so I know how bad it can be and I appreciate the change A LOT. I've been happy with them and appreciate that they seem to be an honest company.
