  • There is good and then there is great. These guys are great. Jim is responsive and goes out of his way to explain what is going on and help solve the issue. We were not asked to sign contracts and they didn't try to tack on other services. I should also note that we are always concerned about our pets and what might affect them. They assured us that everything they use is not only safe but they use it in their own home. That also gave us comfort. We have been using them for several years now and wouldn't even think of changing.
