Never will go here again. Experienced horrible customer service. It's sad because I'd been a long time patron. I brought my 2004 caddie in because it was overheating. They took a week to put a new radiator in it. The owner apologized it took so long and I figured that everything would be ok. A few miles after driving it I noticed it started smoking and overheating again. I called the owner right away and he advised me to drive it for a little while and it should stop smoking. Well, it never stopped smoking and continued to overheat. Finally he took it back and then told me that I needed a new thermostat. I was wondering why he didn't check the thermostat before changing the radiator so I questioned him about it. Thinking maybe it only needed a new thermostat all along. He immediately lost his temper and completely blew a gasket. I've never witness anyone treat a customer like this in all my life. I've never been treated like that by a company I patronize in all my life either. I don't lose my cool easy and I'm an pretty nice guy overall. No felonies, no assault charges. I'm a family man. Maybe that's why he figured he could talk to me in that manner. Whatever the case. He lost a customer for life. I've referred many people there over the years. The owner was a good guy. He would give payment plans and work with you. Things you couldn't get at a traditional auto shop. I don't know what happened. But I'll never go back again.
