Should be 0 stars. Low quotes over the phone increases a lot after you send an inventory list and you have already given them payment. When they show up to pick up your belongings, they will say our truck cannot take all your stuff. When I called customer service and spoke with Kathleen Smith she was very rude and told me "there is nothing more we can do". Had to spend extra money to hire someone else to move the remaining items.They didn't even offer to send an additional truck. They didn't even pick up all the items on the inventory list. Two weeks later their truck finally showed up with my stuff(after 2 emails)They told me 1 to 10 days. If you have to move, use another company so you don't have to deal with incompetency and rude customer service.
