A beautiful early 20th century mansion that was constructed in the gothic revival style to be a primary residence of financier Henry Pellatt is now a very popular museum in Toronto. The rooms and gardens are preserved to give you a sense of how this once very rich family of three lived in the early 1920's. If you are staying in Toronto a few days, I strongly recommend visiting this place. The price of the admission also includes a self-guided audio tour, which gives a very detailed description of most of the rooms and many items in the house.
