  • WOW...everything about the Palazzo is amazing. Every staff member that attended to us was amazing...not only were they knowledgeable but they were genuinely helpful and service-oriented. I'm a bit (ok, a lot) of a clean freak and housekeeping did a great job having our standard suite perfect and keeping it perfect. We typically stay in nice hotels. 3 of our favorites are the Hyatt Zilara in Cancun, JW Marriott Desert Ridge in Scottsdale, and JW Marriott at LA Live, and we're adding The Palazzo and it's sister hotel, The Venetian, to that list.
