This really is a "quality" buffet. My cousin (who used to live and work in Vegas) mentioned that all buffets are created equal. I TOTALLY disagree.
I lost count of how many times I have been to Las Vegas and I tried numerous buffets. This has been the best one that I have been to.
I tried taking small samples of everything but I didn't have enough room in my tummy. I did enjoy the carne asada tacos though! And I am from SoCal so I KNOW my Mexican food!
Honorable mentions are the sweet potato tater tots, lamb chops, beef brisket, shrimp & grits and dessert section (I really enjoyed the French macarons, dark chocolate dipped strawberries and ice cream mochi!).
I really wish I had worn my stretchy pants for this buffet because I didn't eat my $50 worth of food. I also didn't get my crab legs because I waited after 2nd round to go in line and I just wasn't hungry anymore. I will definitely drop a week's worth of grocery to eat here again and next time wear proper attire.
