  • Super pleased with the service I received from Mike and Chris at Desert Rat. I took in my new Superduty for an alignment, and though they were heavily booked, these guys found a way to get me in the next day. While that was good service, it got better from there - when Chris (the Tech) put the truck on the rack, he noticed that the ball joint in the upper end of the track bar was worn out. Rather that completing an alignment (that wouldn't have fixed my wandering steering due to the bad ball joint), he stopped there, taking the time to show me the issue so that I could take it back to Ford under my warranty. Mike didn't charge me for the finding the issue, and offered me some other suggestions to tighten up my steering once I've gotten the drag link replaced. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again guys! You've certainly earned my business and trust.
