  • We had Alex come in to look at our furnace since it wasn't Heating the house as hot as it should. Turns out furnace was working fine, but filters needed to be changed more like once a month in our house, due to our cat, our ducts need vacuuming out and some of our vents in the house were closed up. He gave us great advice on maintenance, thermostat optimization and did a thorough check. Our heat is working perfectly now.
