  • So, I will preface this by saying my Moms coworker has been coming here probably since they opened. Both my Mother and I used to share an ATT account that was over $200 a month (I use my phone for everything next to breathing, she barely knows how to text.) At the end of our ATT contract, we head over to FGW. Ned helped us get our pay-as-we-go tmobile account setup (she now pays around $30?, I pay $70) a month. We have bought phones (and I have broken many a phone) over the last 3-4 years. I always get everything repaired here (cracked screens especially). So it was obvious when the button on my Iphone stopped working, where I was going to go. I was quoted free repair (if it was just dirt), and $45 if I really broke the button this time. I show up after work between 2:30-3:00pm on Saturday (today 5/29), Manny helps me and after playing around with my phone for like 3 minutes, he tells me about the home button assist thing that pretty much brings up an app button that allows me to access my home screen. No charge. My no-phone anxiety is relieved immediately. Thanks to him I am writing this review. And I will be saving up for a 5s instead of a 6+ due to his recommendation. Guess who I will get my new phone from? These guys. Thanks again Fones Gone Wild!
