  • I can't say enough good things about Woo to do it justice. Simply put, they're the best at what they do! I've been a client since Woo opened in Charlotte and frequent it for my own skincare/makeup needs as well as when I need the perfect gift for friends and family, both male and female. Prior to getting a Woo consultation for eye cream, I had been using a product that eventually irritated my eyes, big time. Woo patiently worked with me to explore alternative products to ultimately find one that doesn't irritate my eyes and still deliver the magic that good eye creams do! This is just one of the many examples I have of Woo's commitment to quality products and superior customer service. Woo continues to take the time to understand my skin, needs, and personal taste - and is always happy to recommend (never push!) options that are in line with those unique needs and preferences. The people at Woo are always warm, welcoming, and patient as they help me learn about products and the correct way to use them.
