I have only been to Rolands for Happy Hour. I can't say anything about dinner service or food other than Happy Hour items. It is a great happy hour with $.60 peel and eat shrimp, oysters, wings and clams. I like the fact that I could go and eat just one oyster, if I felt like it. Some place you have to get certain increments, but there it can be any odd number. Sometimes you want 7 of anything, and you get 7 of anything. (I am not into structure)
The bartenders have always been attentive and polite, yet I have only been there between 3-6 pm and there has never been a crowd. If anything, go to the happy hour, but go early.
