Here is my Cox rant of the moment because I'm sure there is going to be plently more to come. I have transferred my account to the new residences of the place I used to live about three times now, however, mysteriously there is no record of it. Sooo even though the account was transferred and the new residences paid a balance on their card and on their account I'm still getting charged. Not only is the customer service the absolute worst, I have to do everything multiple times to ensure it's actually going to get done. I especially appreciate the condescending attitude and lack of effort fromt he customer service staff. While both Adam and Stephanie seemed as though they were giving me their time of day, they continued to give no solutions, and told me to maybe call the new residents and ask them to send me money for an account they shut down and for a time period that I was not there. Cox Communications is the worst service I've ever used. I will never recommed them to anyone and I will continue to negatively review them on every social media platform I can. I give them one star but even that is too much.
