  • This is complex is definitely okay. The front office team is friendly and really try to accommodate your needs to the best of your ability. The complex is located conveniently in University City, a quick drive to UNCC, Atrium Health University, and a couple of Lynx Blue Line light rail stops. The building structures themselves are older, but the units have undergone renovation within the last few years. The cabinets have been painted white, the appliances are stainless steel, and the flooring has been changed from carpet to laminate. The laundry center has upgraded so that credit card payment is an option, in addition to quarters, however the machines are not new. The fitness center has been updated with great machines, but the televisions don't always work. I have noticed , but not used a package locker area and a new playground area for children.
