  • I decided to give OBI another try after all the amazing reviews in the last couple months. The customer service is the same, if not worst. I waited 30 min for Danielle who was going to do my nails and after seeing her take care of other customers I walked out.I won't give it a third try, I rather pay a more and have someone value my time.
