Customer service is horrible at this branch. Sarah, the manager, is rude and not courteous. She only gave me HALF filled sample drink, and when I asked for a refill, she refused at first and then slapped the tea dispenser and gave me a little bit more tea with an attitude, and said it's company's policy... only one cup sample per customer....are you kidding me! Also, it was 30 minutes before closing time and you're going to throw away the remaining tea anyway....why not just give more free samples than wasting it. I'm a Teavana customer for many years....this branch has very poor customer service....Sarah should not be in front of the store giving tea samples...I will never buy tea from this store again. Bad attitude = Bad image for the company!
