  • Can't even begin to list the problems we've had with Forbes..... we've had significant damage in our house for about 8 months at this point, and they've been slow to respond and still haven't fixed it. Pursuing legal help now, as we apparently cannot convince them to do necessary repairs. Their maintenance men are wonderful, however, and continually apologize to us for not being able to help more. Seems that the higher-ups in Forbes care a lot more about saving a penny than maintaining nice properties and their tenants' safety.
